  HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNSANITARY EQUIPMENT WITH BLOOD ON IT! While filing my nails the guy cut into my skin with the drill and didn't bother to say excuse me or apologize. When I told him that it was burning, he said "It will be ok" I looked down to see that I was bleeding, but he continued using the tools like nothing was going on. I took my hand away to check out the cut and it was a pretty deep gash. He still didn't apologize. I went to wash my hands and put pressure on the cut. He did NOT EVEN BOTHER TO SANITIZE THE TOOLS THAT HE CUT INTO MY FLESH WITH AND HAD BLOOD ON!! He did a horrible and very messy job on polishing my nails, when I asked him to clean the polish from around the sides of my finger, he snatched a piece of paper towel and yanked the drawer open like he had an attitude and when he saw me looking at him he told me to "CALM DOWN I'M GONNA DO IT" This place is so disgusting and with this bad customer service I don't understand how they are still in business, but then again there were only me and one other person in there, so obviously their business is suffering for a reason. I will never return here and hope that everyone will think twice before going to a place that uses unsanitary equipment with blood on it!

  WASTE OF MY TIME one star is an overstatement they didn’t clean their equipment they just soaked it in dirty foot water and took over an hour of waiting.
